0165(2)(b) in the toddler room, a window blind is accessible during child care hours. 0165(2)(c) in the infant room, a refrigerator has an electrical cord that is accessible and can create a loop around a child's neck. In the hallway, an ipad charger cable is accessible during childcare hours. 0165(2)(d) in the toddler room, a plastic bag was accessible in the diapering area; removed and corrected on-site on 8/15/2024. 0165(3)(g) the following items were in poor condition: a counter has a corner that is peeling (toddler room), some small chipping paint around the facility walls (three classrooms), children's sofa and green cushions - library session is peeling and torn, carpet trim has duct tape in two sessions (preschool room), foam is deteriorating and half-wall on corner wood expands with water damage (toddler room), and small dot velcro is peeling has residue (infant room). In the outdoor, a large activity mat is torn. 0165(5)(f) in the infant room, an extension cord that is being used and accesible during childcare hours; corrected on-site 8/15/2024.
