Observation

2)a) There were several hot wheels cars and other toys with small parts accessible to the infant. The infant was putting the hot wheels cars in their mouth. 2)c) The children were going into the unlicensed living room as they are able to easily open the safety gate. There are several cords in the living room that are accessible in that area. 3)g) There was a toy mower with broken plastic on the top in the outdoor play area. There was an orange, broken piece of plastic on the grass in the outdoor play area. 4)f) There is a crawling infant in care, and the gate to the stairs was not secure and could be pushed over by children. There was no gate put up at the top of the stairs to the play room or at the bottom of the stairway to the upper level when children were on the main floor.
