Observation

Window blinds with cords were observed in licensed room. Blinds with cords must be removed, made retrofitted, or replaced. Diapers were observed to have plastic covers accessible to children. One drawer was observed to have plastic ziploh bags and must be made inaccessible to children. Provider fixed baby lock during time of visit to meet WAC requirements. Some cubbies were observed to be unstable creating a tipping hazard. Bathroom outlet is observed GFCI, but not tamper-resistant.
