The plastic water packaging located in the pantry of the kitchen is also accessible and poses a suffocation hazard. 0165(3)(a) There were three large knives in the kitchen sink accessible to the school age children today. 0165(3)(g) The paint behind the bathroom vanity is chipping off and not in good condition. 0165(5)(b) The outlet in the bathroom is not GFCI and tamper-resistant.
