0165(2)(c): Kitchen: a black cord under a mat by sliding door and multiple electronic cords such as for computer and other electronic items accessible to child care children. 0165(2)(d): Inside a drawer of the diaper changing table, plastic bags are accessible to child care children. (licensee Socorro corrected onsite 12/12/2024) 0165(3)(c): Outside play area there is an area of concrete that has multiple cracks on it, which may be a hazard to children. 0165(3)(f): Multiple bookcases and children shelfs not secured and may be a tipping hazard to children. 0165(3)(g): Throughout the inside of the home there is flaking paint. Outside: on the deck by sliding door which children used to walk out to the play area there is a freezer that has rust though out the bottom of it. Soccer balls in poor condition, peeling material.
