License had cords from a vacuum cleaner, cords to heating pads in the drawer of the coffee table, under the tv in the tv stand, cords to two tablets plugged into each tablet on two different tables in the living room, 110-300-0165(2)(d) Licensee had plastic bag in the bathroom on the floor accessible to the children. 110-300-0165(3)(a) License had several branches and sticks in the back yard that had sharp pointed edges, and a metal fire place with sharp edges on it in the backyard. 110-300-0165(4)(e) Licensees hot water in the bathroom was at 135 degrees Fahrenheit.
