Observation

· On 10/9/23 during the site complaint inspection Elvira Valencia shared that Adolfo Juarez Banda walks the School Age Children to and from the bus stop. Adolfo’s role title is a volunteer. Adolfo does not meet the qualification for a Lead Teacher; therefore, he can’t be unsupervised with children. On 10/9/23 Licensor observed Adolfo outside alone with 6 children ages 11 months – 3-years old. The provider Elvira and Lead Teacher Noe were inside the house. Valid for WAC 110-300-0345 (1)(b) · Elvira and Noe denied that a child in their care obtained a cut on his/her toe. Not Valid for WAC 110-300-0345 (3) (a-e).
