Observation

Child does not have an individual care plan on file with physician signature or detailed steps to take in the event of a reaction occurring while the child is in care. When child did have a reaction, staff attempted to contact parents who were unavailable and then reached out to emergency services for assistance. Staff took appropriate steps to assist the child.
