After interviewing staff from Denise Louie Education Center Yesler Terrace, this licensor Anita Stewart found evidence to support violations of wac 110-300-0345(3). Staff reported during a fire alarm, all the classrooms had vacated the building, during head count they realized a child was left alone in the building.
