Observation

There is video from the center in which the teacher is observed to grab the child when the child was upset and would not stand up. The teacher was observed to make attempts to get the child to stand up by dragging the child and then picking the child up by wrapping her arms around the child's chest under her armpits and then squeezing her arms. The bruising observed by the parents is in the same location that the teacher was observed to grab the child's arms.
