Observation

The licensor interviewed staff and the child’s parents, as well as completed observations. She was not able to observe camera footage from the incident. When the licensor observed the child’s classroom during her complaint inspection, the licensor did observe a storage room with bleach accessible to children unlocked and open. For this reason, the licensor finds the violation likely valid. This violation was fixed onsite.
