Observation

Based on the information gathered at the site visit, interviews with the child care staff, a review of the LD/CPS investigative assessment and staffing with the licensing supervisor, it has been determined that the child care staff are required to communicate on a daily basis with parents about things that happen during the day - whether verbally or in writing. The parent was not informed about the incidents involving her child until weeks after they occurred.
