Observation

During staff interviews, it was stated that all staff members had placed a child in a high chair at different times outside of mealtimes as a form of discipline in response to the child's behaviors. Dispute Description: According to the Statement from the state, there was a concern of a child being put in a highchair. Staff did not lie or cover putting child into the highchair. What isn’t stated is that staff put the child in the highchair for their own safety and others. Parents knew about it and told staff to do it. All highchairs have been removed.
