Observation

1. Ryean Kirby stated that on two occassions he restrained the child in an effort to prevent him from injuring himself or others. Ryean described the restraints as placing the child on his lap, while holding the child's arms across his chest with his hands. Ryean stated he has had Right Response Training, but was unable to demonstrate a training certificate or any other proof of having taken the training. 2. Teacher Hennessy stated to CPS Investigator she observed teacher Brianna restrain the child as well. Brianna has not had Right Response Training.
