Observation

There is a valid finding for WAC 110-300-0331. More likely than not inappropriate discipline was used. One provider reported observing another provider threaten to put soap in a child's mouth, followed by the provider placing soap in the child's mouth. Although the accused provider denied the allegation, they did acknowledge holding the child's chin while speaking to them.
