110-300-0345(3)(e) During the course of inspection and interviews, the teacher has admitted that she observed the child being unsafe standing on a chair and did not intervene to prevent injury. The statement given by Director and given to parent stated child was running and fell. This was not the explanation of injury as reported by supervising teacher. VALID
