Observation

WAC 110-300-0331: Valid, during the investigation the licensor was able to view video footage, and it was evident that the alleged staff member forcibly moved the child by grabbing them and pushed them down onto the mat to a lying position. The director acknowledged that this occured along with collaterals stating concerns about the alleged staff member. The management also made the decision to dismiss employment for the alleged staff member.
